Our low-cost vaccine & microchip clinic takes place at the double glass doors of the white cinder block building to the left of our parking lot. 1119 E Main St in Marion, IL.
Clinics are held on specific days at specific times. Please call or message us for those details as they change from month to month.
Clinics are on a first come first served basis and for dogs and cats over 6 weeks of age only. Please note that animals needing a rabies vaccine must be at least 4 months of age.
Dogs must be on standard leashes (no retractable ones or any chains/ropes) and cats must be in secure carriers.
Please let us know if a muzzle is needed before we acquire your animal. This is to ensure safety to you, your pet, and our staff. You will not be turned away!
This is a CASH ONLY clinic so please bring payment in exact change with you! We do not accept cards at the clinic, cash is required!
All records will be emailed to you. You will NOT receive a paper copy so please have an email ready to put on your paperwork. Our records are put into our system manually. Please be patient with our staff as we work on recording and emailing vaccine events. You will be receiving an email sent from Shelterluv, not from Finding Forever.
Please note that we do not offer rabies tags. In order to receive a tag, you must take your rabies certificate that we provide VIA EMAIL to your local animal control to register with your county and pay for the rabies tag. It is each participant's responsibility to check with your local town/county ordinances to purchase a rabies tag and register your pet.
For individuals who can demonstrate financial hardship we are offering a fee reduction of $5 off the cost of each vaccine or microchip (Revolution and deworming are not included). To get this reduction you must documentation/cards to show you receive Link Card, Medicaid, Medical Card, Food Stamps, Disability, or Social Security. Your name on the documentation MUST match an official ID such as a drivers license to receive the fee reduction.
Please bring your glasses or someone to assist in filling out the paperwork if you are visually impaired.
