How Do I Sign Up?
Prior to signing up with us, please read over our policies and procedures (listed in the document above) to ensure that our program will work for you. Since we are a low cost clinic with limited staff, we have strict procedures that we must follow to ensure that the clinic can continue running smoothly and we can continue to offer it for years to come.
Once you have read our spay/neuter form and everything sounds good, you can stop by anytime our rescue is open (Tuesday-Friday 10am-4pm or Saturday 10am-2pm) to sign up. If you have access to a printer, you are welcome to print the form above and pre-fill it out OR we can give you a form.when you come in.
We are required to give your cat a rabies vaccine if she/he is not up to date on their vaccinations. If your cat has already received their rabies vaccination, please bring proof of their vaccine to show us when you set up the appointment or bring it to the front desk before your appointment date. This helps us to keep the check-in process as smooth and efficient as possible for everyone. Thanks!
We will let you know the soonest spay/neuter dates that we have available when you are signing up. Once you set your date we are unable to change it, so please bring your calendar/schedule with you when you come in to book your appointment!
We are typically booked out about two weeks in advance, but that may vary depending on the time of year/staffing; we are usually booked out further in summer/spring and less booked out in winter.
When you come in to sign up, you will need to pay a $60 cash deposit per cat. This deposit will go towards the total amount you will owe for your selected spay/neuter services. If needed, you may use card for the deposit, but there is a $5 fee added onto this transaction.
Please note that we do not offer same-day sign-ups. You must come in beforehand to sign up!

What services do you offer at the clinic?
We have more information on our spay/neuter form at the top of the page, but here is a quick rundown of options we offer:
Standard pricing:
-Ear Tip option: $90 includes the spay/neuter, rabies and an ear tip
(notching of the left ear which indicates that the cat has been fixed)
-Microchip option $110: the spay/neuter, rabies and a microchip
(rice sized implant in the back of the neck which we register for you)
-Full Service $150 : the spay/neuter, microchip, rabies, & distemper vaccinations, nail trim, Revolution dose, pain medication, e-collar (for females), and ear cleaning.
Due to the number of already spayed/neutered cats that come into the spay/neuter clinic, we require every cat that participates in our program to be microchipped or ear-tipped to show that they have been spayed/neutered. This helps to prevent cats from going through the stress of being brought in to the vet, prevents cats having to go under anesthesia unnecessarily, and prevents community resources/time from going towards cats that are already fixed.
We advise that all participants research each option to help choose which best suits their needs and that of the cat(s) in question.
If you would like one of the services in the "Full Service" option (such as nail trim, ear cleaning, etc) but do not want
to get the whole package, they are also available to add on to the standard ear tip
or microchip options for an additional price. Please see our spay/neuter form at the top of the page for
pricing on these a-la-carte options!
